Dermarest Psoriasis Medicated Scalp Treatment works two ways: (1) it helps to break down the "cement" that holds the crusty scales together in order to remove the scales and then (2) it penetrates the skin to help treat the irritation.

Directions :

Apply to affected areas 1 to 4 times daily or as directed by a doctor. After shampooing, towel dry hair and scalp. Twist open the flow-control cap and apply directly to the scalp, fully covering problem area. Rub gently with fingertips. Use anytime during the day to control scalp itching or irritation
